How to find a job
- Build Japanese plus a skill. Most roles ask for JLPT N2 or N3 and above.
- Apply through job portals: GaijinPot Jobs, Daijob (best for Japanese-speaking roles), CareerCross, Wantedly, Japan Dev (tech roles) and Indeed Japan.
- After you get an offer, the employer applies for your COE, then you apply for the visa.
