No refund is available once 2 days have passed since your enrollment date.

Before You Enroll

Every student can attend a free 2-day demo class before paying anything. Use this to decide if the course, trainer, and teaching style are right for you — there's no obligation to continue after the demo.

The Refund Window

You can request a full refund within 2 days of your enrollment date (the date your first payment was made).
After that 2-day window, all fees paid are final and non-refundable, including any installments not yet due.
This window is measured from enrollment, not from your first class.

How to Request One

Within the 2-day window, email japaneseninjas27@gmail.com or call +91-816-828-2193 with your name and enrollment date. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Switching Levels or Batches

Moving to a different JLPT level or batch (rather than cancelling) isn't a refund situation — talk to your counsellor and we'll adjust your enrollment directly.
