These terms apply to anyone using the Japanese Ninjas Institute website, community features, or enrolling in a course. By signing up or enrolling, you agree to them.

Our Courses

• Classes are conducted online, live, over Google Meet, on the schedule agreed at enrollment.
• A free demo class is offered before enrollment — there's no obligation to enroll after attending one.
• Course fees, installment plans, and what's included are as stated on our course details page at the time you enroll.
• We aim for 100% placement assistance and visa/study guidance as described on the site, but these are best-effort support services, not guarantees of a specific job or visa outcome — those also depend on factors outside our control (exam results, employer/government decisions, etc.).

Payments

Fees are payable per the installment plan shown at enrollment. See our Refund Policy for cancellations.

Community Features

• Posts, photos, and videos you share to the community reels feed are reviewed before going live. We can decline or remove any post that's inappropriate, unrelated, or violates someone else's rights.
• Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, or that could be offensive, misleading, or harmful to others.
• You keep ownership of what you post — by posting, you're giving us permission to show it on the platform, nothing more.

Your Account

• Keep your login details to yourself. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend an account that's used to violate these terms or harass others.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
