How to delete your data

You can ask Japanese Ninjas Institute to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time — including your enquiry details, your WhatsApp / Messenger / Instagram conversations with us, and anything you connected through Facebook or Instagram.

Option 1 — by e-mail

1. Write to info@japanese-ninjas.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
2. Tell us the name and phone number (or the Facebook / Instagram name) you used with us, so we can find your records.
3. We confirm by reply, and delete your data within 30 days.

Option 2 — by message

Send the words “Delete my data” to us on WhatsApp (+91-816-828-2193), or in a message to our Facebook Page or Instagram account. A team member will confirm and handle it.

What happens

• Your enquiry details, chat history and any data received from Facebook or Instagram (comments, messages, your public name / ID) are permanently deleted.
• We stop sending you any messages.
• We may keep only what the law requires us to keep — for example payment and invoice records of enrolled students — and we tell you what, if anything, we have kept.
